Give kindness in order to receive kindness. In order to receive respect you must earn it and this starts off by showing respect to others. If you have love in your heart not only for yourself but others as well, the same will be returned to you. If you hold onto hate and bitterness, your life will be filled with the same. Wisdom in a nutshell: You get back what you put out.
